Who we are
Our membership is totally awesome, first and foremost! These runners are undoubtedly some of the most positive, friendly, selfless, and generous individuals you will ever meet.
Stroller Warriors is a military-focused club. Our chapters are only located at military installations, led by active-duty military spouses. Our membership include males and females, active duty service members and dependents, spanning all ages, ranks, and branches. Children are not required and many of our members attend workouts without a stroller! We strive to be inclusive and accept civilian membership on a case-to-case basis.
All members who join must have goals of running. However, we also want to reassure you that this group does not demand a certain running pace or standard. We provide the workout plans and simply ask that you do your best! We promote a positive, comfortable environment for men or women of all ability levels to run together, beginners to marathoners. We also encourage injured runners and pregnant or postpartum females to join us and do what they can, even if that means walking, or walk/run intervals, until they work up to running speed.
