Let me introduce to you two members of Stroller Warriors Miramar, Felix and Ayla! What makes these two runners stand out among the rest isn’t just the fact that they ran 250 miles in a year or that they ran their first half marathon while Running The World. Both of these amazing runners are just 10 years-old!
Felix and Ayala both say that the best part of running 250 miles has been running with each other. We’re so impressed with Felix and Ayla and their parents who have motivated and encouraged them to reach their goals.
We’ll leave you with these wise words from our youngest 2016 RTW participants:
What have you learned along the way?
To stretch after running, it's better to run with friends and talk about books while running and when you run a race, drinks lots of water.
What has been your favorite part of running 250 miles?
Running with my friend Felix.
What has been the hardest part of running 250 miles?
Being tired and not feeling like running, but once you're done running you feel good about it and you're not tired anymore.

My Dad when he says "Don't be weak!"
